The department offers a program of study that leads to the Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering (BME) degree. The program has been and continues to be ABET accredited, requires 136 semester credit hours of study, and is designed to prepare graduates for a wide variety of career possibilities in design, development, or research in the private or public sectors of society. Features of the program and resources of the department include:
