Labs

The center includes the following initial research labs with more labs under construction (Lin and Usta):

• Experimental Flow Control and Wind Engineering Lab (Dr. Zhang: Bio-inspired flow control and modeling of wind-building interaction) Engineering Solutions for Energy & Enviroment Human Behavior & Societal Justice Students & Industry Engagement IRES Mission & Vision 3
• Sustainable Human-Building Ecosystems (SHBE) Lab (Dr. Tao: Multi-scale built environment and energy system modeling), which leverages the rich data sources from CSU Facility Management department and Office of Sustainability, and local industrial energy systems.
• Hybrid Analysis and Modeling of Energy Solutions Lab (Dr. Goudarzi: physics-informed data-driven modeling)
