Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

The Washkewicz College of Engineering supports diversity and inclusion within our campus community by means of a variety of activities, including the following described here. 

Engineering Student Success Scholars Program (ESS)

The ESS program is designed to help underrepresented students succeed in college.  This program works with incoming students all the way through graduation, incorporating academic enrichment and professional development programming each semester. Learn more here.

Dean’s Diversity Council (DDC)

The DDC promotes a culturally and intellectually rich environment for diversity and inclusion. It supports the education success and personal development of all members of the Washkewicz College of Engineering. The Council consists of faculty, staff and students. Learn more here.
