Ms. Love is an alumna of Cleveland State University with a B.A. in English and M.ED, in Adult Learning and Development. She provides administrative support to the Chairman of the department; student support services to undergraduate and graduate students (international and domestic).

She assists with admissions procedures, registration, orientation, and course scheduling. In addition, Ms. Love provides secretarial support to the IME faculty by reviewing and editing technical writing, proposals, books, and articles. She assists in monitoring the department budget and file maintenance. Ms. Love's expertise is in the area of student relations, data management, and report writing.
