About The Project Delivery Institute @ CSU

This initiative combines the establishment of dynamic academic programs in Construction and Project Management in tandem with an industry triggered and industry focused Project Delivery Institute that works synergistically with local and national industry partners to bridge the industry academic gap and transfer knowledge via well-established collaborative platforms.

While the new Construction Management Program is designed to bring education into the Construction 5.0 realm, and the proposed Masters in Program and Project Management is designed as a multi-disciplinary umbrella for returning professionals, the Project Delivery Institute is focused on improving the competitiveness of capital projects delivery and technology integration across industries that constitute the economic backbone of the region, such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Manufacturing, and Renewables. Recent reports by McKinsey suggest that the integration of new AI technology in the construction industry can measurably boost productivity and growth.

The symbiotic exchange of knowledge in digital construction and capital projects is a critical factor in developing work-ready talent for the 21st Century. The Institute serves as a research, development, and education arm providing innovative solutions to industry that are integrated into the students' learning experience.

CSU has been recognized as a leading institution in quality education and workforce development in the region. It is also an institution that is uniquely positioned to serve as a leader in social mobility and a driver of sustainable economic development.
