Senior Design Teams

Symposium Date: Friday, May 3, 2024 4:30 - 8:00 PM

Location: The Wolstein Center

Doors open to the public at 4:30 PM and project judging will begin at that time. 

Confirmed Schedule:

• 9:00 am - 4:00 pm - Senior Design teams will be scheduled to set up projects
• 4:00 - 4:30 PM -  Break
• 4:30 - 6:30 PM -  Poster Session - project judging
• 6:00 - 6:30 PM -  Scores tallied
• 6:00 - 7:30 PM -  Reception
• Awards starting as early as 6:30 PM - There will be an announcement and comments from the Dean, Richard Schoephoerster, and Senior Design Program Director, Dr. Michael L. Adams, followed by the announcement of award winners.

Senior Design Team Checklist

Senior Design teams will need to complete the 4 items below.

1. Project Information (team lead) - Deadline Monday, April 8th
2. Project Setup (team lead) - Deadline Monday, April 15th
3. Poster submission (team lead) - Deadline Monday, April 22nd (Will open for submissions on Monday, April 8th)  
4. RSVP - All senior design students will need to RSVP and register guests Deadline Monday, April 29th. (Will open for submissions on Monday, April 8th)

For project purchases or reimbursements, please contact your senior design instructor for processing instructions.

1ST Place - $4,000

2nd Place - $3,000

3rd Place - $2,000

Honorable Mention Student-Led  -$1,000

Honorable Mention Faculty or Industry-led - $1,000

Honorable Mention Competition - $1,000

Parking for your guests:

Your guests can park at any surrounding CSU parking garages for visitors or neighborhood parking.  Your guests will have to pay to park in these parking areas.

The closest parking garage is Lot 27 located at 2027 Prospect Ave. For Lot 27, visitor parking is payable via the Text2Pay option or online at http://t2p.mobi/.
