CLEVELAND – Cleveland State University Esports is excited to introduce the newest addition to the Varsity League of Legends roster: Reid Lake, known on the Rift as “TOPDOG655”.

A freshman majoring in Accounting, Reid hails from Beavercreek, Ohio. He has stepped into the role of Top-Laner for the Varsity program, where he utilizes a champion pool that includes heavy hitters like Dr. Mundo and Mordekaiser.

Reid has already begun making memories in the collegiate scene. He cites his favorite esports moment as a clutch play at the Game Arena, where he successfully backdoored the enemy nexus while playing Dr. Mundo to secure a thrilling win for his team. He also cherishes the experience of helping the squad achieve a 2nd place finish in the recent GLEC tournament.

When he isn't securing wins in the top lane or studying for his accounting classes, Reid enjoys gaming with friends and spending his free time cooking.

The program is thrilled to have Reid on board and looks forward to seeing more insane plays from "TOPDOG655" this semester!
