The Washkewicz Connection

Nearly half of our esports students are enrolled in the Washkewicz College of Engineering. This strong connection shows how esports at CSU is more than competition—it’s a direct extension of our engineering culture.

Most of our students are engineers
Engineering majors make up the backbone of our rosters. Their technical training translates directly into the skills needed to support competitive play, from hardware to analytics.

Scholarships and Support
The Washkewicz College of Engineering provides several scholarship opportunities to help students succeed. These include the Washkewicz Scholarship for Freshmen, Incoming Freshman and Transfer Scholarships, and Current Undergraduate Engineering Scholarships. Each program offers financial assistance and recognition for academic achievement, helping engineering students focus on their studies and professional growth.
