Cleveland State Esports hosted more than 100 competitors at Midgard Mayhem #9 in the Esports Lab at the Washkewicz College of Engineering. The event drew talent from across the region, with players traveling from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Columbus, and Cincinnati.

The tournament also featured strong representation from collegiate programs. Alongside Cleveland State, competitors represented Tiffin University, Shawnee State University, Baldwin Wallace University, the University of Mount Union, The University of Akron, The University of Cincinnati, Oakland University, The Ohio State University, and Miami University.

Midgard Mayhem #9 marked the largest event in the series to date, delivering exciting matches and a welcoming community atmosphere for both returning players and newcomers. Congratulations to IcyMist, who secured first place among a highly competitive Top 8.
