CLEVELAND – Cleveland State University Esports is excited to shine the spotlight on one of its newest and most talented recruits: Matthew Lam, known in the server as “LEE”.

A freshman who traveled all the way from Dresher, Pennsylvania, to attend CSU, Matthew is currently studying Electrical Engineering. He has wasted no time making his mark on the Overwatch Varsity team. Beyond contributing to the team's fantastic performance last semester, Matthew achieved a massive individual milestone by hitting Rank 1 on the North American leaderboard.

His dedication to self-improvement isn't limited to gaming. Outside of the lab, Matthew is passionate about weightlifting and maintaining a consistent gym routine.

The program is thrilled to have such a dedicated competitor on the roster and is excited to see what Matthew will bring to the team in the years to come.
