In partnership with CSU Fenn Co-Op Companies, the Engineer For A Day job shadowing program is coordinated by the Fenn Academy during National Engineers Week. Since 1999, more than 1,500 students have participated in this professional development activity. 

Host assignments will be chosen by students on a first come, first selected basis during a required visit to the College of Engineering that can be scheduled online or arranged by contacting us at 216.687.5272 or engineering@csuohio.edu Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the host worksite in the Cleveland metro area. Most practicing engineers host 2 students each in the job shadow experience and most host companies and organizations host a small group of students by using several engineers in the workplace.
