Cleveland State's Gateway to Manufacturing Collaboration

Where Industry and Higher Education Innovates

The CSU-TransDigm Advanced Manufacturing Center is the experiential learning and collaboration hub for the Washkewicz College of Engineering. The mission of the AMC is to provide our students hands-on training and exposure to standard manufacturing processes, working directly with the Northeast Ohio region’s robust manufacturing base on real-impact projects centered around the latest digital technologies.

Our capabilities focus on what is commonplace in the local manufacturing environment, as well as provide a focus on new and advanced technologies being adopted in this critical sector. It is essential for our students to understand the current state of industry while innovating towards the future state.

The doors to the AMC are open to any partner organizations that see value in supporting the university talent pipeline for manufacturing. We understand the shifting dynamics in U.S. Manufacturing and Higher Education, and are equipping Cleveland's professionals of tomorrow.
