American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) |
The American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) is a national organization that represents steel construction. AISC host several conferences, competitions, and events throughout the year at different places in the United States. One of the main events in this organization is the steel bridge competition for students. |

National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) |
The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is a student-led organization that seeks to support and promote the aspirations of collegiate in engineering and technology. The NSBE mission statement is "to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community." Throughout the year, we strive to plan events and activities that fulfill the three key points of our mission statement, while supporting our members in their academic and professional goals. |
Phi Sigma Rho Sorority |
Phi Sigma Rho is a social sorority for women in engineering and certain STEM fields. We are 29 active members strong and are the grateful recipients of the 2020-2021 Diane Dillard Student Organization of the Year Award. We have two recruitment opportunities during the academic year: one in the Fall and one in the Spring. |
