Students in the Center for Human Machine Systems have numerous opportunities for interacting with clinical, industrial and community groups.  The immersion experiences’ objective is to consistently create environments where students must practice convergence thinking.

We see faculty, students, and community partners as an adaptive social network of interdependent agents. The interactive dynamics among these agents lead to greater coordination, coherence, and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
