The UTC for Work Zone Safety at Cleveland State University provides training, education, and research focused on highway construction safety. From training certification courses for industry to transportation-related degree programs for the future engineering workforce, the UTC strives to be the primary resource for preparing transportation personnel to effectively and safely rehabilitate our nations highway infrastructure.
