Research Day

The Washkewicz College of Engineering established its annual celebration of all research activities and accomplishments by the College community in 2013. Since then, there have been hundreds of cutting-edge research findings presented by faculty and their graduate and undergraduate students. Prominent national and regional research, innovation and development leaders have given keynote speeches.

Keynote Lecture: "From Electrical Engineering, to Engineering the Electronics of the Heart: the Great Paths that a Curious Mind May Take You," presented by Dr. John Clark, Director, Pediatric Arrhythmia Center, Pediatric Cardiologist, at Akron Children’s Hospital.

12:40 pm – 1:30pm –Lunch and Grad student posters (Student Center Ballroom)

1:40 – 2pm:  Awards for undergrads and grads (Student Center Ballroom)
